CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I’VE PLACED THE ORDER?

Once you have placed your order through the website, for your own security we are unable to change the address. If there is a failed delivery, the courier will leave a calling card so you can rearrange delivery directly with them.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit Cards, MasterCard, and PayPal.

DO WE SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses at this time, any orders made to such an address will be refunded.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK?

Sometimes it can take time to update on the system, if it has been 48 hours and still the tracking number doesn’t work then please get in touch via the contact page.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

All items are hand prepared and shipped with love. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 days. Often it will arrive much sooner, but please don't order if you need it faster than 7-14 days as we don't want to disappoint anyone. Your patience is very much appreciated.
